-If you suffer from chronic back pain, painful joints, or a severe medical condition, we recommend an initial private
lesson to assess your fitness level.

that all new clients receive a proper introduction to the instructor and Microformer, so we require you to arrive 15
minutes before class begins. Thank you in advance for understanding!
-We understand that life happens! In the case that you arrive late for class, your spot may be given to a walk-in client.
Walk-ins are able to claim spots one minute before class starts. To ensure we hold your spot, we recommend
notifying us via dm, text or phone if you are running late.

-Got stuck in a meeting and lost your credit? Never fear, the standby policy is here!
-If you are unable to attend your class and have a late cancellation you may show up on standby for another class

-Please note, standby spots cannot be reserved in advance and we cannot guarantee that a spot will be available. Our
standby benefit is only available for reservations made directly through Empower Lagree. Registered guests and
walk-ins who purchase a reservation receive priority over guests attending on standby.
How do I cancel my class?
-If you need to cancel a reservation, log in to your account. Just as if you were to book a class, you would hit cancel on the same class. Please confirm you have canceled.
What if I cancel late or don’t show up to a free class?

-If a class you’d like to take is full, we highly recommend putting yourself on the waitlist. In order to do so, you must
purchase a class or membership. If you do not get a spot in the class, the class credit will be returned to your account.
If a spot opens any time before the start of class, you will have the option to register. You will not be
automatically added to the class, you must add and confirm. Again, the waitlist is first come first serve.
-All classes have a 6-hour cancellation policy, so if you’re added to a class from the waitlist at any time after 6 hours
before the start of class, be aware that the 6-hour cancellation policy still applies. If you are added to the class and
don’t remove yourself in time, you will lose the class credit.

-The Studio Etiquette policies are in place to ensure that both you and your fellow guests have a premium experience.
We thank you in advance for respecting our studio guidelines.
*Don’t forget to say hi!
*Please check in at the front desk upon arrival.
*No one likes wet (or smelly) grip socks!
*Please remove your shoes at the entrance of the room.
*Just you and your micro!
*Please put all your belongings, save for your water bottle, in the lockers provided. Yes, that includes your jackets, car
keys, phones, and purses!
Thank you for helping keep our studios looking neat and tidy and ensuring a safe experience for our trainers to move
around.
-If you have to de-layer during class (when the shakes get spicy), please store your layers close to your micro or they
may be moved to the locker room. There should be no belongings in the surrounding areas of your microformer.

Keep it grippy!
-Grip socks are mandatory for class, if you are not wearing them, our staff will request that you purchase a pair before class.
More shakes, less texts!
-Please ensure your phone is on silent during class. We encourage you to leave it in your locker. If you must use your
phone during class, we request that you exit the Microformer area to the locker room to do so to avoid disrupting
other guests. Save the selfies for before or after!

donated.
Are pets allowed in the studio?
-We love your furry friends! However, due to safety considerations and out of respect for the experience of other
guests, we cannot allow pets to accompany you during your class. If you have a service dog — please email
empowerlagree@gmail.com. We may ask if they are required because of a disability and what task they’ve been
trained to perform.
Is there a minimum age requirement to take class?
-All clients must be at least 15 years old.
Medical Inquiries
Can I take Lagree if I’m pregnant?
-Firstly, Congrats! If you were regularly taking Empower classes before you got pregnant, you can continue to take
class as long as you feel comfortable and have your doctor’s approval. Please discuss this class with your doctor
before taking class. If you are new to Empower Lagree, we do not advise you to try it for the first time when pregnant.
Doctors don’t recommend taking a new workout when pregnant, especially something as core-intensive as Lagree.
-Your physician should clear any post-pregnancy activity. Typically, doctors recommend waiting at least 8 weeks
from vaginal birth and 10-12 weeks from a c-section. Remember to be kind to your body and take your time getting
back into a workout routine.
Can I do Lagree for injury recovery?
-If you are recovering from knee, back, or shoulder surgery we would not advise taking class until your doctor clears
you to do so. When ready to return, a private session may be a good option to consider as it will be tailored to meet
your needs.
